4 slices wholemeal bread
spray oil for greasing
220g can baked beans
1/3 cup (40g) grated light tasty cheese
1. Preheat oven 190°C/170°C fan forced.
2. Trim crust from bread. Using a rolling pin, flatten bread. Spray 4 holes of a 6-hole ½ cup (125mL) muffin pan with oil. Press bread into prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes or until crisp and golden
3. Divide baked beans between bread cups. Crack an egg over each cup, sprinkle with cheese, bake 12 minutes or until eggs cooked to your liking.
4. Remove from oven, stand for five minutes before carefully removing from pan.
