One of the main ingredients in MILO is Malt Barley. The most important part of the Malt Barley seeds is its energy stores in the form of both complex carbohydrates and sugars, like maltose. These carbohydrates help provide active kids the everyday nourishing energy they need. Plus, it gives MILO its unique and delicious taste!

Milk powder in MILO comes from the freshest dairy milk that we can find. We simply remove the water to make it milk powder. This ingredient provides your kids with essential protein, vitamins and minerals. It contributes to the creamy flavour and texture of MILO!

We use cane sugar in MILO. The sugar in MILO contributes to MILO's unique taste and crunchy texture. Sugar helps fuel your kid's active brain and body. 

There are 3 main types of sugar in MILO:

●        Lactose, found in milk powder.

●        Maltose, found in malt barley.

●        Sucrose, found in cane sugar.
