                - • 1 cup reduced fat milk
- • 0.5 cup natural yoghurt
- • 1/3 cup (40g) MILO®
- • 1 medium banana, chopped

                    Combine all ingredients in a blender.

                    Blend until smooth, thick and creamy

                    Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately.
