Make breakfast fun on the weekends with MILO® Toast; a delicious twist on the classic French Toast recipe! Use wholemeal bread to boost the fibre content and serve with fresh fruit to provide vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS:

  • • 2 eggs
  • • 3/4 cup reduced fat milk
  • • 1/4 cup NESTLÉ MILO®
  • • 8 slices wholemeal bread

METHOD

Combine eggs, milk and MILO®, beat well.

Pour into a tall glass and serve immediately.

Serve hot with fresh, diced fruit i.e. strawberries, banana, blueberries.
